We will replace or refund items which arrive at their destination either faulty or damage, however, we do not refund/exchange items due to change of mind or because it is not quite what you were looking for after making your purchase.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be notified within 3 days of your delivery being signed for, otherwise we will be unable to process your claim.
• Receipt / Proof of purchase for the item/s; and
• Photographic evidence of the damage.
We will then contact you to discuss.
We may require damaged items to be returned to us for inspection. If requested, all items must be returned in their original condition (and in their original packaging) within 14 days of signing for the order before a refund will be processed or a replacement product shipped to you.
Refunds are only credited back to the original credit card number. We do not offer credits.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a damaged product are refundable.
If we request the return of damaged item/s, we will pay the return delivery costs.
